I started at Emballages PEB as a production worker 12 years ago. I worked hard to progress and now hold a supervisory position. I was offered coaching to develop management skills so that I would be comfortable in my role. What I appreciate most about my job is the great relationship with my colleagues and the daytime work schedule with Fridays and weekends off!
